Suiton: Naminori Utsu
Water Release: Surfing Strike
TYPE | Suiton Ninjutsu
RANK | C-Rank
RESTRICTIONS | (Are the any restrictions for usage? Must the user belong to a certain village, clan or organisation? Will they have to learn it from a certain character IC?)
DESCRIPTION |The user will spray from their mouth a small jet of water from ahead of them toward the opponent. By focusing chakra beneath their feet, they may ride the wave. Riding the wave, the user sends crashing wave after crashing wave to attack his/her opponent. When used without aided water source, this attack is best used in short range combat. This jutsu can also be used to increase speed of travel.
(Describe your jutsu in as much depth as you can; how is it activated? Are there any odd requirements for activation, such as a ritual or sacrifice? What does it do once activated? Please include as much information as you can and, especially for higher rank jutsu, try to include weaknesses. An S-Rank jutsu with minimal chakra drain, many benefits and no way to counter it is very unlikely to be approved, after all.)
TRIVIA | When used with a water source, the user need not spray a jet of water from their mouth to create the wave, instead they need only rush forward. The jutsu is commonly used in recreation with children around pools and rivers. The Hōzuki clan may use their 'Suika no Jutsu' to bypass the need for the jet of water from their mouth. Masters of suiton may also bypass the first part of the jutsu.

TRIVIA | This jutsu was named after the fact that if hit with this jutsu successfully, the victim will be drenched as if they'd just taken a shower.
Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase
Water Release: Raging Rapids
TYPE | Suiton Ninjutsu
RANK | B-Rank

DESCRIPTION |After forming the handseals (5) necessary for the technique, the user creates a powerful medium-sized (12 ft. high by 5 wide) vortex of water around the enemy that sends them flying upwards after a brief swirling inside of the vortex that deals concussive damage.
TRIVIA | This technique can be used defensively, similarly to the way 'Water Release: Water Encampment Wall' can be turned into an offensive.
Suiton: Nagare Yari
Water Release: Flowing Spear
TYPE | Suiton Ninjutsu
RANK | B-Rank
